Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients
2 packages whole portabella mushrooms, stems removed
1/2 cup butter, melted
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon fresh garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Italian herbs seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black truffle olive oil

  1. Coat mushrooms in melted butter, and place on baking sheets.
  2. Mix all other ingredients and place dollops in mushrooms.
  3. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
