Easy Butter Pie/Quiche Crust

Ingredients
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup cold salted butter, sliced
1/2 cup cold water

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor, such as a Ninja with the dough bowl and paddle, and mix until thoroughly combined. If you don’t have a food processor, mixing the dough with a hand mixer works as well.
  2. Once dough forms, divide into two equal portions. If using right away, roll out and place in pie dish. If freezing, wrap the dough in plastic wrap and place in a plastic container or plastic bag to avoid freezer burn. When ready to use, allow dough to defrost completely before attempting to roll out.

*Note: if you prefer a sweet crust for your pie recipes, just add a teaspoon of sugar to this dough!
