Stuffed Mushrooms
Ingredients
2 packages whole portabella mushrooms, stems removed
1/2 cup butter, melted
8 ounces cream cheese
1 cup parmesan cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon fresh garlic, finely chopped
1 teaspoon Italian herbs seasoning
1/2 teaspoon black truffle olive oil
- Coat mushrooms in melted butter, and place on baking sheets.
- Mix all other ingredients and place dollops in mushrooms.
- Bake at 350 for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
